Our retreat day is a full day of sectionals, rehearsals, workshops and lots of fun in between! The day will also be filled with many opportunities for musicians to get to know each other and form friendships within their groups. Our conductors have been planning this fun retreat for many months. We strongly encourage all musicians to attend this annual bonding experience!
What do musicians need to do and bring?
- Before retreat: Schedule can be printed/accessed ahead to time. Musicians are welcome to print this out if desired. These will be posted at the retreat for reference.
- Day of retreat: Please ensure you arrive early to get through the covid screening process.
- Don’t forget to bring:
- The usual rehearsal stuff (music, instrument, music stand, bow, cello strap (if needed), special PPE (for wind/brass instruments))
- Water bottle
- Appropriate outdoor wear (if weather is nice, lunch and breaks will be outside)
